Tom and Richard work as a fantastic team giving the customer the best possible experience! Both have an incredible amount of expertise and customer service in this area . Personally I found them both very approachable with any issue on my car also the smaller things like letting me know when my pink slip is due and following up any issues with phone calls and messages. Second time I have driven over and hour to the team at RoverX. It’s well worth the drive, for honest and trustworthy service and advise on what can be very expensive if you don’t show your Land Rover the TLC it deserves. I had major work done the first time, which included timing belt replacement because it was due and my second visit was the same again with wear and tear items being replaced. Whilst land rover parts are expensive, the team always diagnose and advise whether they need to fix or replace items or if it can wait till next service. It’s great to get honest feedback from people who care about their brand and reputation

When the engine management light appeared I contacted Rover X and they managed to fit the car in for a diagnostic almost immediately. The found the fault straight away and sent pictures to keep me informed. As the car was under warranty they were incredible in assisting me with transport. My point of contact with the team was Tom who was incredibly responsive and helpful.

I own a Jag so need a business with specialised knowledge and skills to maintain her in pristine condition. Obviously from their business name they specialise in Range/land Rovers but I know from my own experience and dealings with them they are also experts with Jags and trust them implicitly.
